Manlid Gasket - TEFTEK - 14mm x 12mm x 486mm

Pelican TEFTEK® is an O-Ring bound by a seamless and uniform TEFTEK® encapsulation which encloses a premium white silicone core. This combination produces a superior ring that provides repeated sealing in the harshest environments. The TEFTEK® Manlid Seal is a succesful marriage between the compounds of the TFE family and the encapsulated ring to produce a superior performance product for the tank container industry.

TEFTEK Manlid seals have better mechanical properties in comparison to PTFE, are resistant to virtually all chemicals, and have far superior tensile strength, abrasion and creep resistance compared to PTFE, FEP or PFA.
